Connect thru a land cable,ethernet cable. The wireless are known for having all kinds
of issues with the 708. -

Hi, I had the same problem, and finally found out that it's not a problem with the tool, but with my wifi router. The easiest way to check this out, is by tethering your ds708 to your phone, or iPad etc. If it works, then it's your router, not your DS 708. Hope this is helpful!Phil -
